Job Description:

Developing store strategies to increase store traffic & optimize profitability

– Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff

– Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through stellar customer service

– Maintain outstanding store aesthetics & visual merchandising standards

– Update online products, fill orders, and oversee smooth operation of the online store

– Assist the Manager with duties as needed

Previous management experience (or other relevant experience) is required.
