Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Retrofit Assessor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating existing systems and structures to identify opportunities for retrofitting, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. .

Duties:

· Responsible for ensuring compliance with PAS2035:2023

· Carry out on site inspections of energy efficient measures (nationwide)

· Provide toolbox talks to installers

· Provide advice to customers around the installation of energy efficient measures

Skills:

• To be qualified with Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Assessment
• 12 months experience in a Level 5 Qualified Retrofit Coordinator role
• Domestic Energy Assessor qualified
• Previous site experience preferred
• Traditional Buildings qualified (training to be provided if required)
• Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Have an ability to adapt and implement work relevant to the differing funding streams i.e. ECO, GBIS etc
• Full UK Driving Licence

Pay: Up to £36,000.00 per year
