Our client is a leading renewable energy company dedicated to sustainability and reducing carbon emissions. As an MCS-certified installer, they specialise in the supply, installation, and maintenance of Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar PV systems. They are proud to be part of HIES, a trusted consumer protection organisation, and a committed ECO installer helping households lower energy costs and carbon emissions.
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a suitably qualified Retrofit Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis and play a key role in delivering projects under the ECO4 and GBIS schemes.
The Role
As a Retrofit Coordinator, you will:
- Ensure projects comply with PAS2035 regulations.
- Manage end-to-end retrofit projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Identify improvement measures, assess risks, and establish retrofit strategies.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Support projects across various funding streams, including ECO and GBIS schemes.
- Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Assessment (essential).
- At least 12 months of experience as a Level 5-qualified Retrofit Coordinator.
- Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification.
- Previous site experience (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer systems.
- A full UK driving licence.

Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
- Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Assessment (preferred)
- Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification. (preferred)
