Robot Weld Operators

Location: Sandbach, Cheshire
Salary: £13.16 – £16.88 per hour (Dependent on Experience)
Overtime Rate: Up to £20.25 per hour
Shift Patterns: Rotating shifts – 06:00 to 14:00 & 14:00 to 22:00. Monday to Friday.

Are you ready to join a leading fabrication and welding specialist? We are seeking skilled Robot Weld Operators to set up and operate advanced computer-controlled machines and robots for steel product fabrication.

Please note, to be considered for this role, you must have prior experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate robotic welding machines to perform various welding functions on steel products.
• Measure finished products using precision measuring equipment, templates, and fixtures to ensure they meet customer specifications.
• Effectively manage job setups while robots are in operation, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in robotic welding or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications accurately.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
