Due to recent growth and anticipated future expansion McAuley Engineering are currently recruiting looking for a Robotic Welder Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining robotic welding tools and equipment to ensure high-quality production standards. If you have excellent troubleshooting skills and are ready to work in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain robotic welding tools
• Secure parts in fixtures
• Perform quality inspections
• Read engineering drawings
• Modify welding programs
• Complete tooling changes

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn
• Numeracy and literacy competence
• Availability for rotating shifts

HOURS OF WORK

• Mon to Thurs 7 am to 5 pm
• Rotating shift 4.45 pm – 3 am Monday to Thursday. Any shift allowance is paid 20%
