Sales Account Manager
Location : Fleet
Salary £30-33,000 + benefits + bonus

My client based in Fleet are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their team! You will be responsible for promoting and providing expert knowledge on products to our partners. Furthermore, you will develop relationships with intermediaries and become a main point of contact for all future new business whilst developing effective and efficient working relationships with partnered field Business Development Managers to maximise opportunities.

Duties

Build strong working relationships with an existing database and contact lapsed clients
Achieve set targets through the development of both new and existing relationships
Use the Contact Relationship Management system
Work collaboratively with all areas of the business.
Take full responsibility for regularly updating own knowledge on company products, processes and procedures in order to always provide the best information.
Understand and keep up to date on our competitors products.
Act in a compliant manner at all times in line with regulatory guidelines.
Support team members across sales and the whole business to meet service standards and achieve results.

Skills and Experience

Proven sales experience in either a face to face or telephone-based environment is essential.
Previous experience working in the Mortgage or Financial Services industry would be an advantage, but not essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, is essential.
Enthusiastic, flexible and keen to learn and build a career in Financial Services.
PC literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year

Sales Account Manager

Location: Camberley

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 + Commission (£31,000 – £34,000)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 08.30 – 17.30

My client based in Camberley is looking for an energetic Sales Account Manager to join their small friendly team. The role comprises of sales, account management and customer service and they’re looking for a candidate with strong communication, multitasking and problem solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email

Pulling together a brief of what the customer wants

Pricing up briefs and sending quotes out to customers

Building relationships with customers within a specific sales region

Follow-up on sales estimates

Update customers on status of live orders

Keeping the database up to date

General admin duties / CRM updates

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Sales Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with agents and customers while driving sales performance. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for onboarding new accounts, managing customer relationships, ensuring order fulfilment, and achieving monthly sales targets.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and agents, providing training and support to ensure they are familiar with products and services.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage consistent collaboration.
  • Follow up on orders, quotes, and reservations to ensure timely processing and delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any order-related issues.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Utilise CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Identify and pursue new accounts and agents to expand the company’s client base.
  • Generate leads and follow through on potential opportunities to grow revenue.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team objectives.

  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improving processes and increasing sales efficiency.

Essential Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales account management or a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Interior Design Industry is advantageous.
