Salary: £26,000 + £27,000 DOE + Uncapped bonus

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on our products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
• Visit client sites to get a good understanding of their need is to what we can deliver

Experience

• Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport quickly.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Proven experience in recruitment environment highly desirable.
• Must be able to work to targets and achieve KPIs
• Must have full driving licence and access to a car (Mileage paid)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using IT systems will be considered an asset.
