Sales and Product Support Assistant

We are pleased to announce that we have a fantastic opportunity to join our well established, busy Wholesale Sales Department as a Sales and Product Support Assistant.

The right candidate will need to be able to speak the Chinese language fluently. They will also need to be a positive, friendly and organised professional.

Ideally, you will already have experience working in a fast paced, logistics environment within the food sector, but this is not essential.

About the role :

· Supporting our wholesale sales reprentatives

· Booking and managing external haulage

· Processing wholesale sales orders

· Updating Exchequer (OMS) Order Management System

· Building relationships with suppliers and customers

· Recommending efficiencies and improvements of sales processes

· Credit control – chasing outstanding payments

· Maintaining an extensive knowledge of company product portfolio

· Liaising with internal Finance, Warehouse and Transport teams

· General sales team administration and query resolution

· Carrying out any other reasonable task that may be required from a Sales Representative or Senior Manager

· Be innovative, embrace change and be able to assist with the development of new IT systems into the business

About you :

· The right candidate will be required to speak fluent Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

· A team player

· At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

· Highly organised with great attention to detail

· Thrives in a fast paced environment

· Superb communications skills

· Enjoys and works well with others

· IT proficient with Microsoft Office skills
