Sales Associate/Customer Service
Job Description
Job Summary
This key-holder position requires a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing, friendly and positive attitude and the ability to work with a team or independently.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Have proven proficiency in POS systems and equipment
- Open and/or close the store efficiently and independently.
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment, (light cleaning duties).
Requirements
- Dress Code Required
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly with attention to detail
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and have reliable transportation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.40-$18.09 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 34 per week
