The Role
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to the growth of our business.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, booking high-quality demos, and building relationships with potential clients. You will be the first point of contact for many of our prospects, so your role is critical in shaping their experience and perception of MobileRocket.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
- Outbound Engagement: Conduct outreach through cold calling, emails, and social media to build relationships and generate interest.
- Qualifying Leads: Identify the needs of prospects and ensure they are a good fit for our solutions before passing them to the sales team.
- Demo Scheduling: Book meetings and demos for the Account Executives and ensure a smooth handover.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation strategies and share feedback on market trends.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Some sales or customer-facing experience is preferred, but a passion for sales and a willingness to learn is essential.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and remain motivated to achieve targets.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology, including CRM tools and online platforms.
- Organisation: Strong time management and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
