Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Duties and Responsibilities

• Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries
• Book and carry out viewings
• Complete customer records and update records in the system
• Negotiate and handle offers
• Applicant management and pushing new instructions
• Maintain and manage accurate administrative records
• Assist with sales progression if required and support the wider department

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed

• Previous experience is advantageous
• Able to demonstrate a strong back in customer service
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• You will have solid IT skills
• You will be well spoken and well presented
• You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance
• Have a valid UK driving licence

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Duties and responsibilities

• Liaise on a day-to-day basis with customers and manage customer enquiries
• Book and conduct viewings
• Complete customer records and update records in the system
• Enter customer viewing feedback on to the system
• Market new stock on all available media channels
• Negotiate and agree buyer offers
• Produce memorandum of sales
• Manage sales progression, ensuring sales go through accordingly and deal with any issues that may arise during the completion stage

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Experience Needed

• Previous experience in sales progression is essential
• Ideally you will have experience of using Jupix
• You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
