Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. This position requires strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients to ensure timely follow-ups and responses.
- Maintain an organised filing system for sales documents and contracts.
- Process orders and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular updates to management on performance.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients by ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional activities with sales objectives.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new systems and processes.

Pay: £23,346.00-£24,574.00 per year
