Overview:

We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our Fulwood team. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating property sales and lettings, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of our real estate business.

Responsibilities:

– Liaise with clients to understand their property requirements for sales or lettings

– Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants

– Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants

– Manage property listings on various platforms

– Provide administrative support for property transactions

– Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

– Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry

– Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

– Proficient in using relevant computer software for property listings and client management
