Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, and ensuring a welcoming environment for both clients and team members.
Duties
- Lead and motivate a team of stylists and support staff to achieve high standards of performance.
- Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and client retention.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Organise staff training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor salon performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon environment.
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
Experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the beauty or retail industry is essential.
- Strong sales management skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated organisational abilities with strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in retail management is advantageous; multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as they can enhance client interactions.
