Seasonal Receptionist

Working at Willows Park Reception.

Role involves greeting customers, dealing with a wide range of enquiries and queries over the phone and face to face, taking payments and assist with our swimming and fitness suite

Job Type

This is a temporary seasonal position from February to November and will involve working Wednesday, Thursday & Friday’s there will also possibly be a few extra days and holiday cover

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Customer service experience is essential.

Some IT experience is required and a knowledge of Word and Excel is desirable, full training will be given.

Above all, a willingness to learn and be part of the team is essential as is a commitment to providing first class customer service.

Benefits

Salary is paid monthly at an hourly rate and uniform is provided.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 27 per week
