Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and observant Security Guard to join our team at a hospital in St. Catharines, Ontario. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and secure hospital premises, ensuring safety protocols are upheld.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
  • Conduct routine patrols of hospital facilities, including common areas, entrances, and parking lots.
  • Control access to the hospital, verifying credentials and directing visitors appropriately.
  • Assist with de-escalation of conflicts and provide support in high-stress situations.
  • Maintain accurate incident reports and logs, ensuring clear documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with hospital staff and external emergency services as needed.
  • Enforce hospital policies, including those related to visitor conduct and restricted areas.

Experience

  • Valid Security Guard License in Ontario.
  • Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an asset.

Position: Static Security Guard

Responsibilities:
