Our client, a prestigious global law firm, seeks a Senior Associate to join their distinguished Private Equity team within the Corporate & Securities group.

The firm advises a wide range of public and private companies, banks, private equity and leveraged buy-out firms, and major global corporations, including Fortune 100, FTSE 100, and DAX-listed companies.

The ideal candidate will be an England & Wales-qualified solicitor with 5+ years of post-qualification experience. You will handle structuring, managing, and executing transactions across the asset class, alongside related financing and legal issues. This role provides exposure to a full-service law firm environment with minimal outsourcing requirements.
