Location: Nottingham (Hybrid Working, 3 days in the office)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent and learning strategy, from early careers to leadership development programs.

- Scaling Success: Build scalable programs to support growth and transformation within a matrixed organisation.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use insights and analytics to measure impact and continuously enhance learning outcomes.
- Building Relationships: Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive alignment and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in Learning & Development, ideally within fast-paced or technology-driven environments.
- Expertise in designing and delivering talent strategies through your teams of experts
- A background in coaching, facilitation, and implementing innovative learning solutions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A data-driven mindset to evaluate success and identify opportunities for growth.
