Location: Nottingham (Hybrid Working, 3 days in the office)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Driving Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent and learning strategy, from early careers to leadership development programs.
• Innovating Learning Solutions: Implement modern, digital-first learning initiatives that engage and empower diverse teams.
• Scaling Success: Build scalable programs to support growth and transformation within a matrixed organisation.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use insights and analytics to measure impact and continuously enhance learning outcomes.
• Building Relationships: Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive alignment and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in Learning & Development, ideally within fast-paced or technology-driven environments.
• Expertise in designing and delivering talent strategies through your teams of experts
• A background in coaching, facilitation, and implementing innovative learning solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• A data-driven mindset to evaluate success and identify opportunities for growth.
