Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader
Job Description
We are looking for a caring, conscientious and compassionate individual to join our team at Antron Manor. Someone with a track record of providing high quality care, must hold Level 3 qualification or Level 2 qualification and be willing to work towards Level 3.
Purpose of the job – To be responsible for the care, support and well-being of all Residents in Antron Manor. You will work with the team and be responsible to the Registered Manager.

General Duties will include:
1. Providing care to Residents.
2. Team leading and delegation.
3. Administration of Medications.
4. Guiding new team members to develop.
5. Maintain good working relationships with G.P practices, Nursing Teams and other professionals, friends and family.
6. Review and develop Residents Care Planning, maintaining all records, completing observations and addressing medical concerns with professionals.
7. Confidently and competently deal with any emergency situation.
8. Complete relevant training and development, attend regular meetings.
A permanent contract and day shift hours.

Pay: £12.00-£12.50 per hour
