We believe that cost and complexity should never be a barrier to telemedicine. That’s why we created a simple, free, and secure telemedicine platform. Since 2013, we’ve grown to more than 1 million healthcare providers from 180+ countries who have clocked over 10 billion minutes of telemedicine sessions to date.

Our goal is to deliver the future of healthcare to every patient and healthcare professional on earth. Help us get there by joining our team of innovators, dreamers, and doers.

We’re a remote-first company with regional hubs for in-person collaboration (Austin, TX, Boston, MA, Charleston, SC, Salt Lake City, UT, London, UK) on an infrequent basis.

Who you are

We’re looking for a content marketing manager to help define and execute a world-class content marketing strategy, attracting top-of-funnel interest with helpful and informative content to grow our website’s organic traffic, increase our brand awareness, and support our paid media, events, and demand generation activities.

Writing for the internet should be your bread and butter. You’re probably the kind of person who hears a good idea for an article and immediately starts imagining what the H1 and H2 headings should be. You know your way around a CMS, a CRM, SEO tools, analytics software, and you don’t mind the sight of an empty page staring back at you.

You also know that “content” is far more than just writing and putting out blog posts. You’ve got experience producing content in different formats like infographics, industry reports, and video. When starting a new content plan, your starting point is always about understanding what content our buyers will be interested in, then producing, publishing, and optimizing that content over time. When it comes to making content discoverable, you’re hungry to find ways to always improve on what you’re already doing.

What you’ll do

  • Content marketing strategy and delivery

    • Lead the creation and execution of the overall marketing strategy for doxy.me

    • Conduct market research to identify content needs, target audience preferences, and emerging industry trends

    • Manage content production relationships internally, externally, and with the telehealth.org content marketing team

    • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels

  • Audience research and insights

    • Build a deep understanding of what our buyers read, listen to, watch, and otherwise interact with online and offline, including trends and topics that are important to them currently and perennially

    • Identify opportunities for promotion and sponsorship, including co-marketing and backlinking between us and other brands if appropriate

  • Full funnel content development

    • Create and produce engaging content depending on the needs identified in the content strategy. This could include: blog posts, white papers, case studies, buyer guides, eBooks, social media posts, videos, infographics, webinars, and email campaigns.

    • Combine a hands-on and managed approach, producing content yourself and in conjunction with internal and external SMEs

    • Collaborate with product, customer success, and sales teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance

    • Provide content both for organic informational search intent as well as in owned and paid media channels

  • SEO and analytics

    • Grow organic, non-branded traffic to the website by publishing helpful, high EEAT content to attract higher keyword rankings

    • Work closely with the telehealth.org team to ensure content marketing strategy synergies

    • Manage and instruct external technical SEO agencies where appropriate to improve and maintain website quality and performance, working closely with internal teams

    • Report on content performance and objectives using available data for insight into what works, what doesn’t, and what can be done to improve

Your skills and experience

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B tech content marketing roles

  • Experience marketing to healthcare practitioners, administrators, and/or working in the healthcare industry

  • Experience working with CRM and automation tools like HubSpot, or similar platforms.

  • Proven track record in content strategy and execution

  • Able writer, communicator, and collaborator

  • Customer-centric approach and a deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and industry trends
