Are you a Senior Service Owner looking for a new challenge?
If so, join Dstl Digital to be responsible for establishing and implementing the strategy of the service portfolio. The service portfolio includes Cloud and Hosting, Communications and Collaboration, Engineering and Research, Enterprise IT, Software, and Workplace IT. You will ensure the end-to-end delivery, governance and quality of these services to agreed service levels.

Job description
In this role you will:
- Run the operational and continuous improvement of digital services.
- Be the point of escalation for IT Digital Services.
- Take accountability the end-to-end management and governance of digital services.

Person specification
About you:
- You will be experienced in working in agile, at a strategic level and implementation to an operational level
- You will have led and managed multiple IT Digital services meeting quality and contractual standards.
- You will have experience of delivering IT digital services through different resource models including internal, contracted workers and third-party contracts.

Qualifications
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) level 3 certified (or equivalent experience)
- Agile working e.g. PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner, Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) or similar

Sifting will take place week commencing the 3rd February 2025 with interviews to be arranged from the 24th February 2025
Interviews will consist of a technical and behavioural interview to include a 10 minute presentation, details of which will be given in the invite to interview.
Feedback will only be provided if you attend an interview or assessment.
