Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Lead Practitioner to join our team at a reputable nursery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and excellent leadership skills. Duties: – Lead and manage a team of nursery practitioners to ensure the highest standards of childcare are maintained – Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children’s learning and development – Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s progress – Drive continuous improvement in the nursery’s practices and procedures – Manage day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling and resource allocation Experience: – Previous experience working in an early years setting is essential – Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team – Qualifications in early childhood education or equivalent – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – Ability to manage and support staff effectively – Experience working with children and creating a nurturing environment Join our team as a Lead Practitioner and play a key role in shaping the future of young learners.
