We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Business Controls Assurance to help shape the future of our organisation’s control framework and risk management. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact, working at the heart of a business committed to excellence.
Salary: £70k – 75k per year
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing assurance to senior leadership on the effectiveness of the organisation’s control environment.
- Designing and enhancing control frameworks that align with evolving regulations and deliver business value.
- Educating and influencing teams across all levels to embed a culture of risk awareness and continuous improvement.
- Collaborating to close control gaps with innovative solutions, whether through process redesign or technology.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- A professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or CIA.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
- A continuous improvement mindset, focused on driving efficiencies and embracing change.
- Strong organisational skills, balancing attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and experience with governance frameworks would be advantageous.
