Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

£48000 – £58000 DOE

A Building Services Consultancy is looking to add a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to their team due to an increase in workload.

This position is for someone who has experience as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer in the Building Services Industry

• You will manage projects and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Detailed design of Mechanical Services, oversee, and manage detailed engineering designs
• Produce design deliverables (including drawings, specifications, and reports), site surveys,
• construction stage duties, client liaison with members of design/construction teams, project
• management, costing and ensure progress against the project brief.
• Acting as Project Leader on selected projects.
• Promote the level of technical excellence within the team.

Requirements:

• You will previously have worked in a Building Services Consultancy as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineer, Mechanical Design Team Manager
• ONC/HNC/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
• Understanding and experience of working with AutoCAD and design software’s such as Hevacomp, IES, Revit etc
