Daytime Healthcare are working with a national Supported Living & Residential provider, who are seeking an Senior Operations Manager for the Surrey region.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Supported Living & Residential Manager to progress into a Senior Operations Manager position. The role would cover both supported living and residential sites across Surry., You should either hold a level 4/5 qualification or have the equivalent experience.

You have have experience and knowledge and experience of person centered approaches, including positive behaviour support and person centered active support.

There is some flexibility of working from home, and this position is mainly Monday to Friday. There are time where flexibility is required.
