Senior Product Manager – Health AI
Job Description

Responsibilities
- Drive the “rhythm of business” for how we collaborate, make decisions, and prioritize as a cross-functional r&d team. Be a cultural champion and bar setter.
- Serve as the point-of-contact and connective tissue between engineering, design, clinical, and business teams, focusing clear goals and driving scope alignment from ambiguity.
- Partner closely with engineering teams in particular to translate business constraints and technical concepts into clear, actionable delivery plans.
- Work across our platform, model architecture, and inference teams, as well as our front-end application and user experience teams.
- Build trust and legibility for the larger organization by owning and widely socializing the key source of truth assets across platform architecture, data libraries, capability roadmaps.
- Balance technical feasibility, competing stakeholder demands, clinical safety, resourcing, and vision to consistently deliver a coherent product strategy.
- Operate high independence, agency, and accountability. Lean into ambiguity, change, and challenge.
- Ship high impact product.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Higher Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND product management experience in a technology / software product organization.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering scaled software products
- Experience in healthcare technology particularly in regulated medical devices
- Passionate about conversational AI and its deployment.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Passion for learning new technologies and staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in AI.
- Proven ability to collaborate and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment, fostering knowledge sharing and growth within the team.
