We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join the best estate agency in the area. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for working with the region’s most desirable properties and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:

• Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Conduct viewings of properties, providing insightful information to potential buyers and tenants.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve favourable outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends.
• Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms.
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales and lettings, including documentation and compliance checks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the office.

About You
You will:

• Have prior experience in the residential property sector with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Exhibit a professional and polished demeanour.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for the property market and the region’s finest homes.
• Possess a full driving license
• Be a team player, ready to contribute to the success of a dynamic residential sales team.

Position Details

• Full-time role.
• Includes weekend work on a rotational basis, as part of the office schedule.
• Reporting to the Branch Partner.
