Job Description

“`Duties“`
– Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
– Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
– Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu
– Upsell additional items and specials to increase sales
– Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
– Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
– Process payments and handle cash transactions
– Clean and reset tables for the next guests

“`Experience“`
– Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred ( not essential)
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
– Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
– Familiarity with restaurant operations and food preparation processes
– Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional guest experiences
– Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with kitchen staff

Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: £11.44-£13.00 per hour
