We are looking for someone dynamic, dedicated and has the desire to succeed, someone to start as a shift supervisor and progress to assistant manager

As Shift Supervisor at the King Edward VII {the Teddy}, you’ll give a warm welcome to everyone who visits. With a passion for great service and training great people, you’ll lead a team that keeps our guests coming back for more.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS SHIFT SUPERVISOR YOU’LL…

• Be part of the day-to-day running of the site: acting as a host, serving guests and confidently lead your team
• Be a shift leader
• Be a role model for your teams, helping with their training
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £12.80 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 35 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
• Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
• Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
