Site Based HVAC Engineer

The Company:
c£140m FM service provider who work across the whole of the UK.

The Role:
This will be one man site where you will be maintaining 4 commercial buildings on a complex in Motherwell , you will be responsible for general PPM’s and reactive maintenance of all building services – and also AHU’s, FCU’s, pumps, pipework.

The Person:
You will have a proven track record of working in a client facing maintenance role together with a mechanical trade qualification. It is preferred that you have worked in larger commercial buildings.

The Package:
The basic salary is £42 – £43k pending on experience
The package also includes:
25 days holiday
6% pension

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £42,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
