Slitter/ Rewinder Operative

Location: Manchester

Salary: DOE

Hours: Monday – Friday

Company – Continued investment and expansion has created an opportunity within a well established self-adhesive label manufacturer in the North West

Responsibilities –

• Produce, finish and pack self-adhesive labels to the specification on each job sheet.
• Set up machines using hand tools, to the specification of the job ticket.
• Operating machines at high speeds.
• Full on the job training will be provided.
• To provide cover on other machines in the event of absences.
• You should be able to work as part of a team and use your own initiative.
• General housekeeping of working area and machinery.
• Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance.

Skills Required –

· Full on the job training will be provided.

· Preferable if someone had some Slitting and Rewinding experience

· Preferably experience in the labels industry
