As a Sous Chef, you’ll support our Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests while managing a high-performing kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark in a growing, innovative company with fantastic potential for personal and career growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for quality: You love delivering consistent, high-standard dishes and ensuring customers enjoy a memorable experience.
  • Leadership skills: You’ll help lead the kitchen team and manage operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Proven experience: Previous experience in a similar role or a CDP looking to step up will make you the perfect fit.
  • Team player: You work well unsupervised and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Commitment to growth: A self-motivated, quality-driven individual who’s eager to learn, develop, and elevate their skills.

Your Role:

  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality dining experience for our customers.
  • Support the Head Chef in managing stock, minimizing wastage, and maintaining budgets.
  • Uphold the highest standards of Health & Safety to create a safe, secure, and welcoming kitchen environment.
  • Lead and inspire the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations, even in the absence of the Head Chef.
