Our range of spa treatments include body massages, facial and classic beauty treatments as well as grooming and signature treatments.


As a Spa Therapist
you will perform a range of treatments from relaxing massages to cleansing facials ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable and relaxing spa experience.

A Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent is required to apply for this role as a minimum.

Our Spa is open Monday – Sunday and as a Spa Therapist you will work an 8 hour shift with a variety of shift patterns including 9.30-6pm, 10-6.30pm. and 11-7.30pm

Killeavy Castle Estate is seeking a Spa Therapist for this hotel development.

Experienced and motivated Spa Therapist to join our team. In your role of Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for being part of the spa and wellness operation within the Hotel and reporting directly to the Spa and Wellness Manager. To ensure the constant delivery of the core mission and values of Killeavy Castle Estate.

Role Objective;

Working as part of the spa and wellness team, the Spa Therapist will provide the highest of treatment service in a customer focused environment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years spa experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. You will possess excellent interpersonal, communication skills and will enjoy building good relationships.

Key Duties include;

  • Hold both Beauty & Body Qualifications with CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC or equivalent qualification
  • Must be courteous and customer focused on providing a consistently high standard of service
  • Will be standards driven and detail orientated with the desire to progress within the luxury market
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced, motivated and confident therapist in face and body treatments, manicures, pedicures, waxing, makeup
  • Be prepared to deliver the ultimate in treatment
  • Cover reception and bookings as required
  • Deal with any customer queries in a professional and helpful manner, ensuring to deliver exceptional customer care
  • Maximise revenue and increase average spend per person through upselling, retail sales and high customer service standards.
  • Other duties as requested by management. Key Skills and Experience include;

As a Spa Therapist at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing Spa Treatments to the highest level following LQE and Forbes standards.

As a Spa Therapist, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and afternoon shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful Spa Therapist candidate, you have experience within a five-star luxury environment in a similar role and are passionate about service and exceeding guest expectations. You are knowledgeable and experienced in various spa treatments, are a strong team player and have excellent communication skills. You are required to have a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
