Full time Support Worker LEOMINSTER – PART TIME HOURS CONSIDERED
37.5 hours per week plus x sleep ins
up to £11.69 per hour plus extra £1 per hour overtime rates
Sleep in rates £76.75 per sleep in
Due to our further continuing success Kelsam Support Services have a 37.5 hour per week vacancy for a support worker in Leominster (part time hours will be considered).
Shifts are on a rolling rota basis Monday – Sunday between the hours of 7am – 10pm plus sleep ins.
You will provide care and support to each service user within their own homes in line with their respective Support Plan.
You will work as part of a team to provide individual high-quality person-centred care and support to service users, supporting each to reach their maximum potential with regards to independent living skills. You will be supporting adults (aged between 18-45) with brain injury, mental health, learning disability, physical disability and autism.
You will provide service users with practical and emotional support/care, enabling them to have fulfilled lives and gain further independence.
What we can offer you:
Support worker pay rate: up to £11.69 per hour
Sleep in rate up to £76.75
Generous Christmas Bonus
Overtime rates at enhanced rate of £1.00 per hour on top of your hourly rate
