Job Description

• Experience of supporting clients to increase their independent living skills.
• A caring, person centered, enabling and positive approach.
• Flexible approach and willing to work unsociable hours. A full valid UK driving license is desirable.
• Bilingual- Urdu or Punjabi speakers.
• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
