Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating individuals of all ages in swimming techniques and water safety. This role requires a passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all participants.

Duties
– Conduct swimming lessons for various skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers.
– Educate students on water safety practices and the importance of swimming skills.
– Develop lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of each student.
– Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
– Maintain a safe and clean environment in and around the pool area.
– Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress and any concerns.

Requirements
– Previous experience in sports coaching or swim instruction.
– Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
– A passion for teaching and a strong understanding of swimming techniques.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
– Certification in CPR, First Aid, or relevant swim instructor qualifications is an advantage.
– Must be able to demonstrate swimming proficiency in various strokes.

Pay: From £12.00 per hour
