Systems Manager (Engineering)

Our client a locally owned growing business is currently looking to recruit a Systems Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and intergrading an ERP System for the business.

The role

· Implementation of an ERP System for the business

· Evaluate and negotiate various systems and software procurements

· Develop technical resources to test and implement solutions

· Leading internal projects and resolving issues efficiently and efficiently

· Strategize and develop new tools and views in order to support the needs of the business

· Develop and implement key strategies ensuring critical processes are run effectively, and by doing so achieve organisational goals and improve performance KPI’s.

· To deliver, maintain and develop critical reports in an accurate manner

· Mentor and coach new team members and junior staff members

· Other relevant duties

Essential Criteria

· A minimum of 3 (+) years experience in a similar role

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Experience in working on and implementing ERP/MRP systems

· Ability to work alone and as part of a team

· Confident in working with a variety of people at different levels of seniority.

· Strong organisational and attention to detail skills

· Excellent relationship building skills.
