Team Member (KOKORO Derby)

Job Description

We are looking for a Team Member to join our store in Derby

We are a casual restaurant providing a variety range of contemporary Asian infused food, from fresh handmade sushi to hot food such as Chicken Katsu Curry, which has been extremely popular.

Who do we look for?

• You must be available to work 2 days on the weekend.
• You must be flexible, and able to do the closing shift and sushi making(the store closes 9PM).
• You must be able to work at least 20 hours per week Part-Time or 40 hours Full-time.
• Keys to succeed in your role will be enthusiasm, dedication and resilience.
• Potential Candidates must have a great attitude and be willing to learn from their managers.

Duties:

• Your duties will include those that are commonly required at casual restaurants.
• Restock the drink chiller.
• Complete daily tasks from the Branch Manager.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness at the store.
• Provides an excellent customer service.

Preferred Traits:

• Dedication to learning & providing high-quality service.
• Previous experience within the industry is preferred.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday (08:30 – 20:30) / Sunday ( 08:30 – 19:00)

Disclaimer: Salary depends on age and experience & higher salaries are reserved for management positions in the stores. Subject to change according to national minimum wage.

Salary may increase depending on your completed training, job abilities and attitude at work, which will result in a promotion.

Pay: £8.00-£11.60 per hour
