Technical Administrator
Job Description
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
We are looking for a Technical Administrator to join our busy Supply Chain Department. As a Technical Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support for technical issues relating to our products. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the team in addressing customer queries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
We are looking for an individual who is hard working, organised and has strong customer service skills. This role is perfect for a competent administrator.
Full training will be provided.
ACCOUNTABILITES
This role will involve the following responsibilities:
· Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone calls, tickets, and emails.
· Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding our products.
· Work closely with the Technical Manager & Team to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems reported by customers.
· Maintain records of customer queries, tracking the status of ongoing issues, and ensuring follow-up in a timely manner.
· Stay up to date with the latest product knowledge and technical information to provide ongoing support to customers.
· Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and best practices for resolving technical issues.
· Build and maintain positive customer relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
· Generate reports and updates related to customer queries.

SKILLS KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Essential Skills & Experience
· Previous experience in an admin role, customer support or technical role
· Excellent organisational skills
· Excellent Communication skills; verbal and written
· Ability to work well in a team as well as using own initiative
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages
Desirable Skills & Experience
· Good knowledge of bathroom products
· Previous experience using ERP Systems
