The Opportunity
The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and developing their own accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for your sector.
- Carry out telemarketing activities to generate and follow up on leads.
- Initiate contact with leads from other sources (e.g., marketing) and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Manage and nurture leads until they are transferred to the External Sales team.
- Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement.
- Update and maintain the CRM system.
- Manage and oversee a small number of key customer accounts.
What you will bring to the role
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally in a similar industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to build rapport.
- Excellent organisation skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self motived who thrives in fast paced environment and driven by results
Hours of work: 8am – 5pm
Based on site
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
