The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our growing sales team. As a Telesales Account Operative, you will be responsible for selling a variety of high-quality, well-known ice cream and frozen food brands into retail and leisure customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with existing retail and leisure clients over the phone to promote and sell our leading ice cream and frozen food products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers while identifying new sales opportunities within your territory.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all accounts.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
• Work closely with the sales team and receive coaching and mentoring to improve your sales techniques.
• Regular performance reviews and goal-setting to ensure growth and progression within the role.
• Use various communication methods (phone, email, online platforms) to reach customers and drive sales.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a motivated, enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales. You will be goal-oriented and enjoy the challenge of selling market-leading products to a wide range of customers.

• Understanding of sales techniques and experience working in a telesales or sales-driven environment.

Hours

• Full-time: 30 hour per week
• Extended hours may be required during busy periods.
