About Our Client
Our client is a well-established businesss and professional services business within the world of IT and they are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Whitefield team on a 3 month basis with the possibility of going perm.
Job Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:
- Provide prompt, professional, and friendly service to customers via phone, email, and live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Accurately process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all transactions are handled in a timely manner.
- Accurately process collection requests for customers in an efficient manner to ensure dates are met
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to the Customer Services Manager when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role:
- Have experience within customer service or call centre (1 year or more)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for customer service and a desire to resolve queries through to completion
- Demonstrable experience of working and delivering daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail
- Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Word with the ability to use multiple different systems at one time
