Temporary Receptionist (Immediate Start)
Job Description
We’re looking for a Receptionist for an immediate start temporary assignment starting on 27th of January.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Full time hours
- £11.44 p/h
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
- Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, clerical duties, and maintaining records.
- Support team members with various office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing client interactions.
