Van Driver/Sales Assistant

We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Sales Assistant / Van Driver for our client based in Wellingborough.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to all customers in the branch and when out on deliveries.
• Assist with receiving goods in, checking stock and putting stock away.
• Assist on trade counter serving and advising customers on products (training provided).
• Flexible to carry out duties to support in all areas of the depot.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workplace and ensure display stock is well presented.
• Carry out delivery duties as and when required in a timely manner which will include long distance driving.

Hours and Pay

Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm) plus 1 weekend in every 3

£11.50ph for 12 weeks temporary

Salary when permanent up to £28,715 per annum + bonus + training + career progression

Requirements

Cat B licence with no more than 6 points

Previous experience in Van driving

Previous trade counter experience advantageous but not essential
