Trainee Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant Role in Manchester

£24,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE £45,000)

The Role

Ideal for aspiring trainees or driven graduates that want to get hands-on and have an impact from day one.

You will be joining a fast paced, people-oriented and competitive industry with a reputation for rewarding hard work.

You will be provided with bespoke training and all the right tools needed to be successful in this role to achieve your next promotion – with a tailored progression pathway for each consultant. They are all about setting targets, achieving goals and then celebrating a bit too hard on the after work bevs!

The Company

Within your first year in the company, you will enter a 4 step progression plan:

1st Stage: 6 week intensive training with seminars focused on working with candidates. You will be trained to be an expert in speaking to job seekers and understanding their needs, personalities and drivers. This is all about building relationships and learning to be credible within the technology space.

2nd Stage: learning your market. You will discuss with your manager where in the business you want to specialise and get training on that market. Training is focussed on the best companies to work for, understanding the job roles you recruit for and the future developments of the market.

3rd Stage: Learning how to develop new business. This will be done through speaking to companies and understanding their requirements. Also, social media marketing and how to use LinkedIn as an engagement tool.

4th Stage: Implementing all the stages to become a full 360 recruiter. This will come with a pay rise and graduation lunch trip!!

Once in your second year you will work to become a manager and hire a graduate to mentor.

Requirements

  • A degree is required OR
  • Sales Experience ideal (Car sales, Estate agency, Door 2door, Telesales, B2B, B2C)
  • Financially motivated and ambitious individuals
  • Sociable and outgoing personality
  • Someone with a can-do attitude
