Trainee FIle Administrator
Job Description
Kennedys is recruiting for Trainee File Administrators to support our Motor and Casualty teams across our Birmingham, Sheffield and Manchester offices.
Team
You will be joining a specialist team with a focus on file management to support the wider Liability Defence Division with meeting client SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs, and carrying out a variety of tasks. Our Liability Defence division is acclaimed for their specialist work in defendant insurance liability claims including: personal injury matters, employer liability and motor liability involving road traffic accidents working with a range of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake the administrative duties on files
- Completing MI
- Drafting routine court documents
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of clients documentation
- Open, close and archive files
- Follow the firm’s quality procedures
Required Experience
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Administrative experience in a legal environment is desirable
- Proficient with MS Office systems
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- *To be considered for this role you will need to have studied at GCSE level with grades between A* – C, 9 – 4 or equivalent.
