Uncapped Commission – Competitive basic salary
We’re looking for a highly motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator within our fantastic residential Lettings team in Erdington.
The Trainee Negotiator is an entry level role where you will learn all aspects of residential lettings and be taken through an industry leading development and training program.

Key responsibilities of a Lettings Negotiator
To complete viewings and match the very best applicants to our available property. You will then manage a of properties that have been let agreed through to move in. The pipeline would on average 15 lets per month and you would be responsible for organising tenancy contracts, ensuring all legislation has been met, compliance documents are ready and organising any pre-let works and paperwork – The applicant must be highly organised and have impeccable customer engagement.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Negotiator;
- Preferably an experienced sales person
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
