£24,000 Base Salary + Up to £45k OTE (Commission on top of base salary)

Degree or Sales Experience Required

Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant:

• Client Engagement: Understand clients’ company and role requirements
• Role Advertising: Implement new candidate attraction strategies
• Candidate Connection: Interview candidates to understand their needs
• Professional Advice: Provide market insights and manage candidate expectations
• Business Development: Establish new business and professional relationships

• Degree needed
• Sales Experience ideal (Car sales, Estate agency, Door-to-door, Telesales, B2B, B2C)
