Miles Morgan Travel is the South West’s largest and most successful travel group. With 19 branches and several websites. We have our 20th shop opening in early 2025 in Trowbridge. We have been awarded the title of “Best Travel Agent in the South West and Wales” for the 10 years.

The company continues to thrive and expand with further plans for 2025 and beyond.

We are currently looking for new team members to join us. Either who have previous travel experience or to join our academy who will be an important part to the future of our business. Working at MMT you will be able to share your passion for travel and provide amazing travel experiences with our customers who are as passionate about travel as you are. Key Skills Required

• Customer Service Experience is essential.
• The ability to communicate confidently with people, either over the phone or in person
• A passion to learn and prepared to embrace the journey to become a successful and knowledgeable Travel Specialist
• To be able to work as part of a team and ensuring that people are at the heart of everything you do
• Be driven to succeed your goals and be the best version of yourself that you can be.

What training will be provided in year one:-

• Customer Service skills
• Selling skills
• System training
• A wide variety of product training to include, river and ocean cruising, escorted touring, tailor made holidays, European and worldwide package holidays.
• Destination training – starting with key destinations such as Australia and Canada
• Selling Insurance
• Foreign Exchange

We are looking for full or part-time (minimum of 3 days a week to include Saturdays and Sundays on a rota)

Pay: From £22,387.00 per year
