University of Warwick Mens Football Team Coach

Job Description

Leamington FC are seeking a lead coach to work with our partners, University of Warwick Mens Football Teams.

Hours as follows:

Tuesday MORNING 07.00 – 09.00am

Wednesday – match day (sessionally rate)

Home games either 12, 2 or 4pm kick off, away fixtures desirable, usually between 11.30 – 17.30

Additional hours may be available with other programmes we run.

The successful candidate will hold a minimum level 2 qualification / UEFA C in football and have experience of delivering to age 16+. They will lead coaching sessions for students, implementing a whole club model which supports player development and a long term pathway all the way to Leamington FC First Team.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support and develop the termly plan with the PDP lead.

Plan, deliver and review coaching sessions in accordance with the club model.

Attendance at all training and home matches is essential. Away matches desirable.

Monitor and evaluate the players in training and in match performances.

Deliver player reviews twice yearly.

Work closely with our S&C, Analsysis and Medical Department.

Liaise regularly with the PDP Lead.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum UEFA C / level 2 (UEFA B/A license desirable)
• All additional qualifications up to date, including, safeguarding and emergency aid
• An up to date DBS
• Experience working within an elite coaching environment desirable
• Full clean driving license

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Finance:

£15.00 – £20.00 per hour
